1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. To check whether we deliver to your location, simply enter your pin code at checkout.
We are working towards expanding our delivery reach to every corner of India — because we believe every Indian deserves access to premium quality tech accessories, regardless of where they live.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we are actively working on expanding Zemro to global markets including the UK. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
2. Order Processing Time

3.2 Express Shipping
Where available, express shipping options will be shown at checkout. Express orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, natural events, or due to logistics partner delays beyond our control.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India, subject to the following:
- COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000
- A nominal COD handling fee may apply on orders below ₹499
- COD availability is subject to your delivery pin code — check at checkout
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
- COD is not available on pre-order or made-to-order products
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and logistics partner details
- An SMS notification on your registered mobile number
- Real-time tracking via My Account → My Orders → Track Order on zemro.in

7. Packaging
At Zemro, we take packaging seriously. Every order is:
- Carefully quality checked before packing
- Packed in sturdy, protective packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Sealed with tamper-evident packaging for your security
- Labelled with your complete delivery address and order details
We are actively working towards eco-friendly packaging as part of our sustainability commitment — because taking care of our customers and taking care of the planet are not mutually exclusive.
8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our logistics partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your address. Please ensure:
- Someone is available at the delivery address during business hours
- Your contact number is correct and reachable
- Your delivery address is complete and accurate
If all 3 delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery at a nominal re-shipping charge
- If you do not respond within 7 days of the failed delivery notification, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping cost
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Zemro is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at the time of ordering. Please double-check your address — including flat/house number, street, city, state, and pin code — before confirming your order.
If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at support@zemro.in or +91 98350 30503 before the order is dispatched. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner.
10. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during sale events or festive seasons
- Logistics partner delays or operational constraints
- Adverse weather conditions or natural events
- Public holidays or regional strikes
- Remote delivery locations
If your order has not been delivered within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@zemro.in and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
11. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:
- Check with family members, neighbours, or building security who may have accepted the package
- Check around your delivery address for any safe drop-off locations
- Contact us within 48 hours of the reported delivery date at support@zemro.in
We will raise a dispute with our logistics partner and resolve the issue within 5–7 business days. If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
12. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged from the outside:
- Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged
- If you have already accepted the package, take photographs and a video of the sealed package before opening and of the damaged product inside
- Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery at support@zemro.in with your order number and photos
- We will arrange an immediate replacement at no additional cost
Please note: We may not be able to process damage claims reported after 24 hours of delivery.
13. Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped:
- Together in one package — most common for small items
- In separate packages — for larger or bulkier items, or if items are dispatched from different locations
In case of separate shipments, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. The delivery timelines may differ slightly between packages.

Zemro works with trusted logistics partners across India to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Our current shipping partners include but are not limited to:

The choice of logistics partner is at Zemro’s discretion based on your delivery location and order type.
16. GST & Invoice
A GST-compliant tax invoice will be included with every shipment and sent to your registered email address. This invoice can be used for business expense claims and GST input credit where applicable.
